Brought my car in for an oil change at 7am and used their ride share service to bring me to work while they worked on my car. I received an email around 10 or 11 that it was finished and I tried to call the department to pick me up to return to the dealership to pay and get my car back but the representatives that answered could not get ahold of anyone in the service department. I called 4 times from 11 to 6pm, and left 2 voicemails that were elevated to a managers voicemail. Nobody returned any calls all day, and eventually I had to pay for my own ride share back to the dealer from work a few minutes before they closed costing me another 40 dollars in addition to the work done to the car. There was only one agent still in the service department that had never received any info I had been trying to reach them. I'm not sure what the issue was that day but it was incredibly frustrating to continue calling and be told someone would call me back to arrange the return trip for 7 hours.

I am horrified of the service they provided and this is was not the first time so I learned my lesson too late. I would not recommend this place at all. They blame it on being busy, a diagnostic can take a week and if you don't call, they wont. If you call, "good luck" in getting someone. You get someone in another state and they come back to you to tell you they are busy and no one is around to talk to you. I complained about the fact they did not call me to give me an update or courtesy call and I was told that there were 5 more dealers around. After five hours i decided to call the sales department and I was given a service coordinator but now I know why they are still getting doing so such a bad service. It is bad from the top to bottom. NO STARS but it wont let me post it.

I was in search of the ever popular Cactus Gray Ford Bronco Sport. Many dealerships were limited or had applied outrageous " Dealership Mark Up" prices. Great experience, we did not feel rushed or pushed into a contract that did not fit our needs and wants. The staff stayed late midweek to complete our paperwork and was quick to follow up the next morning about our first drive in the brand new car. Ask for Nick, he has been a great help and contact through the process. Also their service department was also quick to introduce themselves and gave us the contacts we needed if the time ever comes for service to the vehicle. We first went to Autonation to test drive a Ford Bronco back in November 2021, however, there were none in the lot. Tony, who gave us a tour grabbed our contact information and promised to contact us whenever a Bronco was available. Numerous times we received emails and texts regarding information on the Bronco, however, either they werenāt a good fit for our family or were sold immediately. I had a pretty great experience with Sean my sales guy super friendly and great communication. The Finance director Rana however used a sketchy fear tactic to try to sell me extended service / warranty. He brought in a "guy who knows trucks" who told me the turbo is a "ticking time-bomb" if I didn't have confidence in the truck or hadn't waited 5 months for a custom order i would have walked out that moment. I regret purchasing the service plan i was sold.

This is another unpleasant experience with AutoNation Tustin. without go with the details, it was a mistake that the finance did with the amount of loan and monthly payment, however, we were very patients, and didn't escalate this to management, as the guy did apologize and corrected that with a new contract! Apparently, this is not the case with the lender! as we just received the loan payment letter from the lender with the incorrect loan amount and payment ( monthly $80 more)! the case now with the manager (Peter), and we are waiting how he gonna resolve this issue, I will update this review accordingly.

These reviews should separate sales versus service. While many have commented on the great sales experience they have had, the service side is much different. Many problems. - They use a national call center to schedule their service calls, but that service center has no real clue what the capacity or availability is for the local service center. Three times I scheduled service visits, only to show up and be told by the local Tustin service manager that they can't get it in and the wait could be days or longer. And the tustin service department complains about the call center, so they know it's an issue, but it's been going on for months at least/ - you can't get anyone in the tustin service center on the phone. You either get through to sales (and they will "transfer you"), or you get the national call center. Leaving messages at the local tustin service center doesn't help - rarely would I get a return call. - besides the fact Ford does not stand behind their vehicles (especially the '12-'15 era Ford Focuses, which have known transmission issues), the local Tustin shop has a very non-friendly-service approach. Everything has to be on their time and when they want things, no matter the schedules of those impacted. But when the roles are reversed, they expect people to drop everything and get into their office ASAP. They had my daughter's car for over a week for a small warranty repair job. I kept checking in to see when she would be getting her car back (she did get a rental paid for by Ford because it was a warranty job). No one ever called me back. But then I got a message after 5 pm on a weekday saying it was ready and they needed my daughter to come in the next morning so they wouldn't have to pay for another day ($40) for her car rental. We've spent thousands with them on stuff to fix what should have been Ford's issue, and then they get uptight about a $40 rental car charge, expecting their customers to be available at a moment's notice. There is more, but beware.

We brought in our Ford Escape with several issues (recall, check engine light, and a mysterious leak). We had previously taken it to another auto shop to get some other issues taken care of and to get the leak looked at. Within the first day they had diagnosed the leak, had the recall parts on hand and were able to address the check engine light. There was an issue during the repair where one of the unrelated adjacent pieces to the leak was damaged. They immediately notified me, indicated that it would be taken care of, and until it was addressed they wouldn't recommend driving the vehicle for safety concerns so they set me up with a rental until all work was complete. They were very apologetic and professional throughout my entire experience. I've been looking for somewhere trustworthy to take my vehicle and had always acted under the premise that once you are out of warranty the service department was the most expensive choice, but I didn't find that to be the case and won't hesitate to come back to Christian and this Ford dealership next time I run into an issue.

Finally fully self-bought my first car here and was a 2020 Jeep Compass. Oscar, David and Chris were great; not pushy and definitely helped me out more than I wouldāve thought. Oscar was the one who helped me test drive, get me the best finance plan, and set up my home delivery for the vehicle (which was incredibly convenient). Not impressed at all. The problem wasnāt the purchase it was afterwards. The salesman never returned my text or calls. The sales managers said that they would do something and they didnāt. This just proves this dealership is like everywhere else. Lastly, driving the car home from the dealership was a nightmare ever code and sensor went off. So it must have had issues but they erased the codes before selling. I would give it no stars for customer service!

I've had two experiences with this dealership already, and since I keep getting emails to review them, here we go. My first experience was to follow up for my Lightning reservation, this was November 2021 when they thought the order banks were opening. I had emails with Sean regarding an appointment, he was very thorough and followed up a few times to confirm. Five days before the appointment was the last email and the day I showed up for my appointment he was in the middle of a sale and was rude about me showing up stating, "Ford changed the delivery banks, I sent everyone emails." as he was walking away getting back to his customer. (I had not received an email of my appointment being cancelled.) The second experience was a 3/21/2022. I had scheduled an appointment with Andrew to have my Mach-E diagnosed, regarding the front collision camera fault. I showed up about ten minutes before 7am and waited patiently as the service writers were getting ready for the day. When he got the information from the car he asked if I needed a ride home, when I spoke to reception I was told that was not available. I told Andrew I was going to wait with the car, to his response I would take at least 6 hours to diagnose the car. When I told him I needed the car by 1pm he said that was not possible. I said I would have to reschedule, as soon as I said that, he told me that my keys were on the dashboard and walked off. I didn't get a chance to reschedule, so my car is now getting taken care of at Hemborg Ford in Norco. I'll be changing my Lightning reservation location thanks

What a great experience I had with the entire team I worked with. Dylan was so sweet and friendly. Worked with me in getting me a test drive in the car I was interested in. Even better that he made the test drive fun and light hearted with a great conversation. I mean nothing is more awkward then sitting next to a sales rep in a car who has lost his conversation skills and sits there in silence for what feels like HOURS! So major brownie points to Dylan :) The sales manager, Peter, was extremely understanding and helpful in getting me the best trade in value for my car. Even though I didn't leave that first day with the car I originally went in to test drive lol they were still willing to help me get into a car that I would love, even if it took me a total of 3 days to figure out! I eventually fell in love with a car located at their sister store in Torrance of all places. Instead of having to drive to that store they were able to bring the car to me here in Tustin! I didn't have to test drive it to know that was the one. Dylan made his way over to that store and drove my new Ford Edge back to Tustin himself! While I waited for both of them to return, I worked with Chris in finance to get my paperwork all signed and ready to go. Which made the process feel faster than usual! All I needed was the keys and like Chris said "Drive off into the sunset!" All in all! I'm happy I decided to stick to Autonation Ford in Tustin for my new car purchase! The dealership stayed in touch and kept me informed of the vehicle custom order from the order date (July, 2021) to delivery date (Feb, 2022). The long window because of the Ford production delays AND no delay from this dealership. If anything, I am glad that I placed the order with this dealership versus other dealerships in LA who I vetted prior to placing the order with AutoNation Tustin Ford. I have purchased 6 cars (1x Volkswagen, 4x Mercedes and 1x Bentley) in the previous 8 years and I can confidently say this dealership is straight to the point with no BS of running in circles. Salesperson (Sean Sunay) kept me informed when there were any major status changes on the Ford tracker going through different stages of production. During the week of the vehicle delivery I had to be in AZ for work, so I made the drive to OC and Sean promised that the process would be quick considering my drive. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was ready (fully gas'd, cleaned/prepped, paperwork ready) and the whole dealership process took less than 2 1/2 hrs. During this time of vehicle shortages, other dealerships are placing crazy markups on Maverick (upwards of 5k) due to high demand but this dealership did not play any of these tricks on me (thanks to Sean and Zach). I highly recommend this dealership.

I attempted to work with Peter, a sales manager . I got to the store and the vehicle was empty on gas so I had to wait for that. Then, when it came time to talk numbers, he didnāt even take me into the office and did it on the floor which is 1. Unheard of 2. Extremely unprofessional. Then he shopped my deal around which in turn produced over 15 inquiries on my credit. Now, since he found I canāt do $0, he doesnāt want to take my phone calls as he doesnāt believe I will get a total loss settlement. You should treat ALL potential buyers w the same upmost respect and courtesy and the second I said my total loss settlement will be coming, I donāt have it yet, he was uninterested and refused to take my calls. Well I went over to Lexus of Cerritos where I dealt with Mostafa and he was an absolutely pleasure. Iām glad I didnāt give this store my business nevertheless my $3000 down. Went to drop my car off for a simple oil change service. The young lady who ended up helping me out? Perfect, awesome, professional. The actual service? Perfect, everything done faster than the estimated time. The actual problem though? I pulled up to the service drive-thru they have, put the car in park and stood in the waiting space for 25 minute until someone came out of their glass cubicle to ask if I'd been helped. This was done with an appointment that I had arrived 10 min early for (and started nearly 20 minutes late). The actual work done by these folks is good, it's just they've got a bunch of "Not my jobs" sitting in the glass cubes out back.

The finance department is another story, they did not go over the details of the contract well and made some errors. Part of it was my fault for not asking the right questions. They charged me more for the services than what I was told, and then later I found out the charges for my taxes was incorrect.

I purchased a used BMW X5 on Dec 20, 2021 from AutoNation Ford Tustin and had a very bad experience because of dealer issues relating to undisclosed mechanical problems and lack of customer service. I returned the BMW X5 on January 5 through the dealer's return policy but would like to explain why i gave this dealership a 1 star. Although the dealership did refund my down payment and cleared the car loan through the finance company, I still have not received a reimbursement for the initial car payment I made towards the car loan on Jan 3rd, 2022. It has been almost 30 days and I have NOT received reimbursement for the initial car payment. I have also not been made whole for all the inconvenience of this warped experience. The issues regarding the purchase of the X5 are many. Let's start with the 10 day delay of actually taking delivery of the car (Dec 20, 2021 - Jan 1, 2022). I was told by Brandon and Zachary (used car dept) that the reason for the delay was that the parts were on order. When I asked Zachary (used car sales manager) which parts were on order, he said windshield wipers. Then, David M (used car sales manager) stated that a detail of the car needed to be done before I could take delivery on Dec 31st. When I came out to inspect the car on December 31st it was still not ready and I submitted pictures of the reasons why so this delayed my taking delivery of the car again. I submitted pictures of a stain in the rear compartment, torn upholstery behind the seat, and lack of car being cleaned to the sales management. Then, I decided to take delivery of the car despite these problems since Zachary assured me they would be taken care of by Friday Jan 7th. So, I finally took delivery of the car on Jan 1st. However, the previously agreed to spare tire that was supposed to be included was still not ready because it was "on order". Also, the interior was not detailed because the detail contractor "has been out for two weeks". I was relying on Zachary's word that all these issues would be remedied on Friday, January 7th. So Many red flags for this dealership. Overall, this process was unpleasant, frustrating, confusing, and something I never want to experience again. I am still waiting for a reasonable explanation as to what happened. I was never given an apology by anyone (until Zach finally said sorry via email) and was not even greeted by any of the sales management team upon returning the car. Then, I discovered a previously undisclosed mechanical problem with the engine losing power while driving which was the coup de grâce for me so I ultimately returned the vehicle on Jan 5th after losing all hope for the purchase. Again, this entire experience was a nightmare and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience. The time, expense, frustration, and lack of professionalism at AutoNation Ford Tustin is something I will never forget. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a car from AutoNation to buy it from CarMax instead because CarMax has a 30-day return policy (instead of AutoNation's 5-day return policy). CarMax also gives you an extra month until your first payment is due.

If you decide to any business with them I recommend either recording phone conversations or only speaking to them in written form! We regret ever purchasing our vehicle with them! We were told before we signed any papers for our used car that we wouldnāt have to pay for registration until 2023, when we received our new plates in the mail guess what we had to pay? 2022 registration. We called and were told to go ahead and pay for 2022 submit our receipt and they would reimburse us. We did that and magically they had no idea what we wanted and why we were submitting our registration receipt. We were told that it was hearsay. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH THESE PEOPLE! Took my vehicle in 1 week after purchase due to an error message of service my front camera. Took it in, was told by their service team I donāt even have a front camera. They found out my front windshield was after market and they graciously replaced because they didnāt catch it before it hit the lot. Informed them about the CAL (calibration) on my dash and our navigation not working. Didnāt do anything about. Still receive Service Front camera message every month. We just had two days of nonstop rain and my headliner was soaked over my driver door, nothing to do with the sunroof, upon research that my husband started back when we got our car, due to the CAL message in our dash, he found that the GPS, Navigation and On Star is not working. Itās usually caused by a bad seal in the antenna. He drove our car an hour to their dealership in poring down rain to show them, how wet our headliner was. On the phone they recommended for him to wait until the following week to bring it in after it was dry. Why? So there was no proof? He took it in anyway, service needed to find out with sales who was going to pay for it. Chris from finance told my husband he would call him back the next day with an update. Well wouldnāt you know we never got a phone call. My husband had to call today because itās raining again, he spoke with Sales Manager David that informed him they will in fact NOT be paying for any repairs due to that itās been 6 months since we purchased. So I recommend AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Zero stars! In the photos you can see the dates that I took these pictures of all the error messages weāve gotten. Too bad the car didnāt give us a warning message about doing business with this dealership when we test drove it.

My car was worked on for a day and a half. They fixed my problem; however, when I received my car back the inside of my door handle was ripped completely off. So, Ford has not gotten back to me about them fixing the inside of my car door. I wish they would fix it for me free of charge since they broke it themselves.

Autonation Ford Tustin service department was the 4th Ford dealer I attempted to get warranty repair from on my brand new Mustang GT. Therefore, I can say with some confidence that they are hands down the best Ford service department between Long Beach and Irvine. Christian was my service advisor, and as others have said here, he is professional and honest. He told me it would take two days to diagnose issue, and true to his word, he called me two days later and his mechanics had even fixed the issue by then. All Ford service dealers experience a heavy volume of traffic. Itās not reasonable to expect service as quickly as one would get at a smaller repair shop, and I think one should bear that in mind. What is NOT acceptable is poor communication, overpromising, and underdelivering as was my experience at Tuttle Click Irvine, HB Ford, and Worthington. If you are in need of warranty repair I heartily recommend Autonation Ford Tustin. My A/C is blowing nice and cool now! Great work guys and gals!

I went into have my airbags replaced due to a manufacturer recall. I told the service guy that I wanted to find out how much it would be to get the door unlock code, fix the gear shift indicator, and tighten the window control panel on the driver door. He told me finding the door code would be $100. That seemed reasonable so I said okay. Before I left he told me to sign the work order. He did not go over it with me. I just signed it without really looking at it. A few hours later he called to tell me my car was done and how much it would be to fix the other 2 things. The price was astronomical (over $1,000) so I said no to fixing them. When I went in to pick up my car, my original service advisor was MIA. Another guy gave me the bill. I was charged $190 to diagnose why my gear shifter was not showing what gear I was in. I told him I was not told about the charge beforehand. He said you signed the service order; you have to pay for everything. If someone had told me I was going to have to pay $190 to find out what was wrong, I would have said no. They should go over the service orders in detail with everyone.

I took my truck in for an issue we were having. Even though they said we could take it to any Dodge dealer, the other Dodge dealers wouldn't accept the warranty. So we had to drive it out to Tustin, which is about an hour's drive for us. We took it in Thursday morning and didn't get it back until Tuesday afternoon. It was very hard to get an update on the truck. I would call 5 - 7 times a day, leave messages, but wouldn't get a call back. Then, on Monday, I spoke with the service counter receptionist. She put me on hold, talked to the Service Manager, then told me that the truck was taken to Tustin Dodge and the service tech was Moe. I called Tustin Dodge and left several messages, but did not get a call back. On Tuesday morning, the AutoNation service tech called and said the parts came in. I told him I was told the car was at Tustin Dodge, which he said he didn't know. He said he would find out and call back. After 2 hours, I called back since I hadn't heard from him, and he said that my truck did not go to Tustin Dodge. I don't think I received the best customer service. I should have been told if my truck was taken to a different service center. I should have been given updates on the status of my truck. I'm looking to buy another truck and getting rid of the one I bought at AutoNation so I don't have to deal with the Service Department.

Second year in a row that an oil change took over 3.5hrs with an appointment. I could understand having one bad year, but 2 is obviously an on going problem. Made appointments both times, which doesn't seem to matter, still arrived to be told 2hrs. Car didn't even get taken back til the 2-2.5hr mark and then took another hour both times. First year the manager offered to comp my already free oil change, this year just got a sorry but they recommended other repairs to be completed. If service is so bad for something as simple as an oil change, why would I even considered doing anything else??

After my initial mid-rating and complaint posted here, on Facebook, and regional dealer site, I received follow up emails and on Facebook an hours-long conversation with a rep that ultimately resulted in "someone from service will contact me"...and it never happened. 2 more attempts at Facebook conversation that was in progress...nothing. My service was NOT complete. Everything on the ticket I paid over $300 for was NOT COMPLETED... and left sloppy and undone in my trunk, and NO ATTEMPTS TO CALL ME AND MAKE IT RIGHT BY THE DEALER. Well. Start off with very incompetent employeeās working here. I purchased the car from them in Sept 29th as Iām business owner I told Bob i need car for my business. As was directed to chain Roberto was the sales person. Chris and Rana (Finance Director and Assistant) I believe. Now whole agenda was to get commercially registered vehicle and commercial loan which they assured at the time of deal you have high interest rate because itās commercial loan which I accepted under the impression that Iām getting first time commercial loan okay! With 15k down rest assured registration and plates you will get in 4-6 weeks as standard as follow with 90 days period. I reached out to them in October twice to verify if everything submitted correctly but I was told theyāve submitted everything after 2-3 days of the sales. I was like great!! it should be couple days away now from plates. I reached out to them in November again spoke to over the phone Zack I was told again your documents has been submitted you will get you plates in anytime now. I called DMV to cross check the progress as per DMV nothing has been submitted car still register to previous owner. FYI They donāt call you back till you personally visit them. Then I had to give a visit in person on Dec after crosscheck with dmv about registration spoke to Peter he said let me find out with my business office and Iāll call you back in by the end of the day. Perfect!! Period No call received. On Dec 8th called back again to find out whatās going on? Guy put me on hold for 2 hours Iāll attach the screenshot. Terrible customer service. I hung up called back again spoke to David I asked him same he said he will call me back and he did. He stated your documentation in process in their business center and as soon as they file it they will let him know and I asked David can you send me DMV Receipt? He said I will send you email. Now when 10 days left in the temporary plates on Dec 16th I went to ask in person whatās going on with registration, again after cross checking with dmv nothing has processed. Spoke to Peter again about registration he said Iāll send my business office email to find out. I told him Where is your office located so I can go in person. I went in to Toyota Tustin Autonation spoke to sales manager he said let me find out waited about 10 mins and he confirmed car is out of state. First of all! No one disclosed that to me when I was buying the car. I specifically asked Roberto sales person is it out of state he said no!. Second - sale manager from Toyota told me the paperwork they have itās not commercial everything on personal auto. That was shocking for me what in the world sales and finance director would lie about that when they are that big of company. Rana Finance director brought the deal with 15% interest stating its commercial loan. They said itās your first time that why itās so high. Third - I got call from Peter sales manager about registration that my car registration is being in process from last 8 weeks I asked give me some kind of proof that they have submitted my documents. I called him back asking business office Iād saying itās not commercial. Peter said itās personal, I told I didnāt buy this car personal I bought this car with commercial loan. I called bank personal auto it is filed the complaint with them. My business is losing money just because of these guys. They definitely lost one good customer or couldāve I was thinking to buy more cars for my business Fleet but sorry will take somewhere else. Itās lot of more, spoke to Scott today Dec 17 he stated where does it say itās commercial. Excellent!!! stay away they have bad management and incompetent people working here they are working in automotive industry and they donāt know difference between commercial plates and automobile plates even the manager. Christian in the service department was great!!! I brought my truck in late on a Friday with the engine light on and he was very helpful. He was also upfront with me about how long it may take to complete any repairs. I appreciated that. The next morning he called to let me know that the issue was minor and my truck was ready. I hadnāt had much done in about 5 years and decided to get some other work done while it was there. Surprisingly, Christian called back later that day and I picked up my CLEAN truck. Once again AutoNation Ford Tustin service department exceeded my expectations. My Service Mgr Bob checked my car in and I walked out all within 2 minutes. He called on the phone within 1 hr to inform me what was wrong with my 2017 F250, and told me it would be repaired by 2pm. At 2:20pm called to inform me the truck was ready for pick up. Additionally he informed me that another issue I had which was no longer covered by the factory warranty was covered by my 3rd party insurance whom he contacted and received approval to repair. However, the unneccesary 10.5 hrs amount of time for a simple oil change, transmission fluid exchange, cabin filter and tire rotation, when first originally given a 7AM appointment, just ridiculous. Plus Tire rotation was never completed due to Swollen Lug nuts defect that Ford knows about, and expected me to pick cost out of my pocket for replacing. They should have offer these, Free.This is the Last time I will use This Dealer Service Dept. Others issues: different visit; nail on one of my tires, I needed to replace on my own time. AutoNation, never ever offer an apology. For recall door lock replacement; Technician scratched dashboard panel, when removing door trims. Never assumed responsibility. Their Discount Coupons are a joke; they tell you they will honor them, and in the end they tell you NOT because they gave you an already discounted price on estimate.

We were stoked! It was a basic used car but it helped us for the pinch we were in. A few days later I get a call from Jesus our finance guy seems legit but heās aināt. Told us he was being such a āgood guyā and shopping the rate for us and if we could give $500 more he could get us a better rate. But we declined because we were happy with what we got and was going to trade it in after a year so it didnāt make sense too. Another week almost goes by and he calls me to tell me this wasnāt optional and we HAD to do the additional money down. I asked him why did you let me drive it off if it wasnāt financed?! He told me to hold on he was going to look into, after waiting on hold he came back and said āoh yea your right we donāt need it, no worriesā āwe do need you guys to come back and resign some of the other docsā so I told him we would be there on Sunday, I spoke to him Friday. Went in Sunday signed everything and it checked out, he was all nice and saying how good of deal we got, they didnāt make any money on us and how heās glad it worked out because we were a family of 4 kids. Now today, the FOLLOWING day I get an overnighted Fed-Ex letter stating they are canceling the contract and to return the vehicle. And they couldnāt have done this Sunday when I was there with the vehicle? They couldnāt be transparent with us?! They had EVERY opportunity to communicate and they chose to be cowards! I will never buy from an Autonation again! HORRIBLE PEOPLE THEY EMPLOY!

I was driving in the area and had a problem with my Ford Edge. I had missed the maintenance window last month and needed an oil change. I decided to drive over to AutoNation Ford and was taken care of quickly. The dealer where I usually take my car in north OC is quite slow and I often wait several hours for a similar service. It was important to me that I get my service completed, so I could head to work for a full day. The guys were pleasant and I told the story of my last Ford's demise, with pictures. While my problem could have ruined my day, the trip to AutoNation Ford was pleasant and I got to cool off in the AC lounge area. I would recommend using this service again.

If I could sum up my experience at this dealership, it would be in one word: Terrible. Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for two specific faults. I heard nothing for two days, and only because I followed up multiple times did I finally get an answer. The dealership doesnāt answer their phones, doesnāt call you back, and when they do, they flat out lie about whatās happening with your vehicle. My vehicle had a faulty front heated and cooled seat coupled with a defective EV battery (would not remain in EV mode and would overheat and switch to hybrid about halfway through its electric mode). This dealership kept my vehicle for four days and told me the service technician would test it and drive it to replicate the problem. On Friday (4 days later), I call to ask the status, having not heard from them, and I am told the front seat is fixed and the EV battery was tested and was normal. I immediately explained it is not normal as I have owned the car for three years and never had this issue. Nonetheless, I picked up my vehicle, planning to take it elsewhere. Upon collection, I checked the vehicle tracking logs on my phone to find the car had not moved in 4 days, let alone been tested, AND the front heated/cooled seat issue was still broken! What the hell did they do for four days with my car? Leave it to sit there? I immediately reached out to the manager, and so far, six days have passed, and no response to my emails. I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership. Save yourself the time, effort, hassle, and if your car is not under warranty - the money!! Please heed my advice. You wonāt regret it, but you WILL regret bringing your car here. I was willing to give them a chance, but I wish I hadnāt.

Not good. Dropped my car off on a Saturday to get AC fixed. Never received a phone call back so I called service department and it literally took me 3 hours to get through. Nobody in the service department answered a phone it just kept ringing and ringing. I finally convinced somebody in the parts department to run over to the service department to call me. It took over a week and a half to complete the work on my car, but Ford to provide me with a rent a car for the weekend.

He was quick to have us fill out the paperwork and as soon as my husband signed the credit check he said ācongratulations on your new truckā we were both confused, because he never said āthis document is this, and the truck will be yoursā we were caught off guard and said we needed to talk for a few minutes alone. We decided to go through with the deal anyways because it what we were looking for but it was kind of an odd start. He said they were just checking the truck over before they bring it around front. This was on 5/22/21. Fast forward to taking the truck an hour home to Oceanside, my husband noticed the odometer was in km not miles as the truck was originally in Canada. They sold it as 130,000 miles but it was actually 80,000 miles. We tried for hours to get in contact with Jonathan and left a message for him saying we needed to update the title information of mileage. How does a dealership not see that error? Oh well, we made out ok on that deal so tried to look past their carelessness. We parked it in our drive way for 3 hours and came back to take it on a short drive and there was a puddle of oil underneath it (see photo). The oil was barely touching the dip stick, and apparently according to their records it was changed less than a month ago. We tried to call Jonathan yet again and he still wasnāt answering, so we spoke to the front and apparently he just left for the day so we talked with a manager instead. He said āoh wow, yeah if you bring it by our service department can look at it Monday when they openā so we had to drive another hour back to the dealership the same day we purchased the vehicle from them to leave it. The sales people were more concerned about the mileage issue then it leaking oil, and said āoh yeah it was just changed last month and they even put new tires on the back!ā Well the tires on the back are bald on the inside so that also doesnāt add up. How does even the most basic mechanic not see the oil not touching the dipstick? Or the puddle of oil that must be in their lot from this truck? We ended up coming back the following morning to get our money back as apparently they are incompetent, and their service department has no idea what they are doing. We sat in the waiting area for the sales manager Peter for over an hour as we could see him just sitting at his desk, then taking a smoke break. When he finally came over to us and we voiced how upset we were and that this should not happen he kept brushing it off. His response was āwell it is a used vehicle, these things happen itās to be expectedā sorry, but that is a xxxxxxxx excuse to send a vehicle off their lot not being properly inspected. He did nothing but make excuses for why it was ok that the vehicle was not thoroughly examined. The worst experience I could imagine, and Iām not sure how this dealership has any positive ratings at all. They were quick to sell us the vehicle but as soon as it was ours they ignored our calls and treated us poorly. They then went around and posted the truck for sale for $4,000 more due to their mistake on mileage that we caught. You should not purchase a vehicle from a dealership and need to return it the same day, what a joke. Save your sanity and look elsewhere for a vehicle these guys are awful. The refund process alone was extremely stressful and slow. They consistently lied to us about the check being ready, or sent out. Took almost 3 whole weeks to receive our money back.

Absolute worst experience buying a car. I received my car damaged, never received my license plates, and worst of all they advertised the car I wax buying at a lower price and did not want to homor the advertised price. My car is sitting in my driveway while I wait for the plates to come in because the temporary plates are expired. This is how this dealership conducts business. Very disappointed

Please heed this review-BUYER BEWARE! AutoNation sold me a lemon during covid and it was in their service centers for almost 5 months of the 10 months I owned it. At the very last service center-they actually kept my car and wouldn't even return my calls for 3 months. When escalating to AutoNation's Corporate Offices, I received no support or assistance and eventually they bought my car back at a HUGE loss! They are scammers!!!!

Daughter goes in for a tire warranty exchange and oil change. Gets told tire won?t be till Monday if she brings car in and then they will order tire due to it taking 2 to 3 hours to deliver. Mind you this was Friday at 1030am. Oil change gets done and she is told to come back on Monday to repair tire now this at 300pm. Also gets told to go get a quote for 4 new tires, because if in tire gets replace it will throw the car off alignment and it could be dangerous . Daughter leaves left car at home and been carpooling to work. After a couple weeks shopping for an Explorer Platinum, I came across AutoNation Ford. I had negotiated an excellent deal at another dealership, but the car sold before I was able to make my way to the dealer. When I inquired with AutoNation, I let them know my price point and my trade. They were able to slightly beat the deal, and even matched the value of my trade to Carvana's offer. I ended up getting a 15% reduction from MSRP, and in this market, I was a bit skeptical. Zachary and Jesus were able to provide me everything in writing, including the offer on my trade. Once I got to the dealership, the car was washed and fueled, and we were allowed to take a private test drive. Everything was as stated and we ended up driving away in our new Explorer. The only reservations that I have are as follows: 1) The car had a few minor imperfections (a couple dings and minor paint chip). They promised to repair the issues and I was given a due bill. We are going on five weeks now and I have not been able to schedule the repairs. When I bought the car, I was first advised to go to AutoNation Land Rover in Encino for the repairs, since they were the closest AutoNation Dealership to me - but they turned me away and suggested I would be better served at AutoNation Ford in Valencia. I am currently waiting on Tustin to schedule the repairs at Valencia. 2) My trade was an expiring lease with two payments remaining. I'm still waiting for the account to be paid off. I was told that payment was sent back due to some minor errors and was being resent. Overall had a good experience, but the imperfections on my new car put a bit of a damper on the overall purchase. I will update the review based on the resolution of the above-referenced items.

Absolutely the worse. Short version, my elderly mom took her car in for a recall on her transmission. The mechanic changed out a part with a rebuilt one and it didnāt work so instead of getting new part they told my mom she needs to pay for new transmission. When she refused a rude manager called and basically told her to come her car. This dealership will try to take advantage of the elderly thinking they donāt know whatās happening. Are contacting attorney as we speak to discuss elderly abuse and also lemon law. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Had my car serviced Monday 4/19 and upon driving home (the following day), the steering wheel was vibrating and the steering wheel was off center. They rotated the tires, but did not balance or align. Also, was told this service would only take 2 hours and instead it took over 24 hours when it was finally ready for pick up. I called Service multiple times trying to get thru only to keep getting their automated system. When I pressed "0", I spoke to someone in Sales and he transferred me to Service only to go thru the automated system again. When I was finally able to get to Voicemail, I left a detailed message, but have not received a return call as of yet. I stopped at another Ford dealership and explained my problem. Immediately when I entered the Service line and before getting out of my vehicle, a service rep greeted me and was very cordial and friendly versus pulling up behind 10 vehicles, getting out of my car and standing in line with 5-6 other individuals waiting 30 minutes to speak to a rep. They said the tire rotation was completed very poorly so they had to rotate tires AGAIN, balance and align my vehicle and correct the steering wheel. Very POOR services at Tustin Ford. I would not return, except I bought my car there and the service contract is only for that location and non-transferable.

I recommend Bob Selff in the service drive. I have used him for years. Bob is always polite and very service oriented. I cannot say the same for the sales department at this dealership. My last 2 purchases were at this dealership as a Costco referral. I had no issue getting the price contracted between Costco and Auto Nation, but once in the finance office the rules changed and the gouging began. The Costco program is excellent but they are out of the picture once you go into the finance office.

The staff was friendly, Tony my contact, was helpful in letting me know what the problem was and advised me of what needed to be done right now. As a senior citizen I am on a very limited budget and doing all the repairs was more than I could afford. He told me what needed to be done now and gave me a list (with costs) of the other repairs. Those I will do when I have the funds. Tony also helped me with Lyft transportation (one Lyft driver "arrived" in my community but never picked me up (even though he reported he had). Tony arranged for a 2nd Lyft driver who arrived within 15 minutes. Thank you AutoNation and thank you Tony.

I was sold a brand new F250 with a missing Smart car key. The dealer explained the "owe me one" but they have been slow to deliver and are not responding to my requests for assistance. Since these keys cost about $400, it's a big deal to me. I have spoken to my salesman, Roberto, several times. I have also traded e-mails with the General Manager, Zachary, about this. I have offered to drive to the dealership tomorrow (3/3/21) to pick up the new key, but nobody has told me if this is OK. I have also asked that they provide me a third key (an extra) at my expense when I get there. So, in answer to the question -- AutoNation Tustin could do a better job of post-sale follow-up with its customers.

Set up routine maintenance on the Ford app for a 2 o?clock appointment. Arrived early, once there the service writer then informed me that it would take three hours to do an oil change and wheel rotation. On the app I checked the box to let them know I would be waiting for the car. Three hours is unacceptable for a simple service like that. The Ford dealer/ AutoNation arranged a Lyft ride home and I waited to hear back from service which ended up being four hours before it was completed. When I arrived the car was not out front ready to go and it never got washed. The service writer then asked if I would like to have it washed I just laughed and said no it?s time for me to go. I wouldn?t recommend this service provider to anyone. I think this is a case of overbooking to ensure they have their quota met. As a result it ends up being a inconvenience for the customer.

The level of customer service was absolutely terrible. On Monday morning, I called and scheduled an appointment for 12 pm. My car would not drive, so I got it towed and it was dropped off at 12:02 pm. When I scheduled the appointment, they said they would give me a call when it was dropped off. They did not call right away - ok, maybe they are busy and/or want to look at the car before calling me. By 2:30, they still had not called, so I called them. No one answered and I was stuck in an endless loop of automated menus. After calling multiple times, around 4 pm, I was finally able to get transferred to someone's voicemail - I left a message. At this point, I didn't know if they had even moved the car to a safe location or if it was just sitting in their parking lot. An hour later, no one had called me back, so again I called, and in their endless message system, there is an option to speak to the general manager - I selected that number, and it immediately hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a mistake and they hung up when trying to answer, so I called again and selected that option, it was not a mistake, it immediately hung up on me again. By 5:30 pm, I had called at least 10 times without being able to speak to any with knowledge of what was going on - at this point, I was desperate to at least make sure my car was safe - I was thinking I might need to take an Uber to their service department just to see that my car was there. I was finally able to get ahold of someone who could look in the system and see that my car had arrived, but that's all they could tell me. The next morning, I called again - the person who I was able to talk to said there was a car that was dropped off the previous evening - 12:02 is not evening and I kept trying to tell her that, but she would just interrupt me or say she's putting me on hold. Eventually, she said that the car that "was dropped off yesterday evening" had not been looked at and they were shorthanded because they had an outbreak of Covid - in my opinion, that is why she kept saying evening, so it wouldn't seem like it took them so long to look at the car. At 12:30, I was finally able to get some information on my car and they determined that it was a transmission issue and would not be fixed until the end of the week (the TCU had a 10-year warranty and my car was 10 years and 1.5 months old - terrible luck, but that is not their fault) - they took 24 hours to even look at my car. I told them I had an important meeting Thursday and would need a car Wednesday night-Thursday, they said they would call back the next day with an update and rental car information. The next day at 2 pm, they still had not called and the previous day they told me the rental car place closed at 6 pm. I called multiple times and left two voicemails and no response. Near 3 pm, I called again and told the receptionist who I had spoken to previously that I needed to get ahold of someone so I could get the rental car before they closed and he had to go search for someone, who called me back 30 minutes later, near 4 pm. I was able to get a rental car and that worked out well, which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. When I went to pick up my car, no one in the back working on the cars or walking around was following Covid protocols - they were not wearing masks and some people were standing/walking and talking right next to each other. Additionally, the inside of my car was dusty and the steering wheel was filthy and sticky - indicating they did not clean it at all, meaning they could have left Covid infected droplets all over the car because they weren't wearing masks. Remember, the excuse they gave me on Tuesday for the delays was that they had multiple people get sick...I wonder why.

Made an appointment for Wednesday 8am for an oil change and to repair my sunroof screen. Dropped off car and was told it should take 2.5 hours. At 4:30pm I CALLED on the status of my car and was told that a service rep would contact me ASAP. At 5pm I received a text stating that they needed to keep my car over night because the part didn't come in. The following day at 1pm, I received a text stating that the part wasn't coming in until the following Monday and that I needed to pick up my car. Within 30 minutes, I received a text that the part had arrived, being installed and that I could pick up car. I arrive 40 minutes later and was told that the car wasn't ready. After an hour of waiting, I see my car parked in the service area and no one working on it. I ask the rep the status of the repair and he says its getting gas. 20 minutes later, I finally get my car. This will be the last time coming to Tustin.

I purchased a 2014 and a 2017 Explorer Sport from Auto Nation Ford in Tustin. Each purchase was easy and fair with no runaround experienced in most dealerships. After buying the cars, I had both serviced there until 2019,. Every experience during those five years was perfect. Making appointments was easy, the services were efficient and thorough and the facilities were great because I always wait for my car and the waiting area becomes my office for the morning. In 2019, during the close of the year, I wanted to buy another Explorer Sport and there was only one dealership who had the car I wanted. The purchase experience was terrible, both the salesman and the manager were condescending, but ultimately I got the car at the price I wanted. I took it in to that dealership for the first service of my 2019 Explorer and while the experience and the facilities were average, I brought my car back to Auto Nation where I knew I would get good service - and I was not wrong!

I went to this dealership because I saw a listing for a used car. Upon arriving at the dealership I was notified that the car wasnt ready to be sold because it was still in safety and inspection. I kept being pressured into buying the vehicle without even driving it because I was told by many other associates there that it was common practice. I was told by the salesman that if I purchased the vehicle they would speed up the process. I declined to purchase the vehicle that way and told them I prefered to wait until the vehicle was ready. Again, I was pressured by the salesman that if I didnt purchase the vehicle right then and there, someone else can purchase the vehicle even though the vehicle wasnt ready for anyone to purchase. A week and a half later, I get a call from the salesman that they were not going to be able to sell the car due circumstances with the vehicle. Ultimately, a complete waste of time being pressured to buy a vehicle that wasnt ready to be sold.

Came in for a 41,000 mile service for oil and general check-up. Stated that I had issues with Sun roof not working and a thump when changing from 1st to 2nd - both out of warranty. Bob Selff, the Customer Service Representative at Autonation, Tustin was outstanding in arranging for a check on the sun roof issue as well as sorting out the recalls on my vehicle. Sun roof issue was corrected from a previous fix and I now have my F-150 working as it was sold. Sterling job done all round.

I purchased a truck that had a very noticeable scratch on the door handle. Eddie the salesman and Bob the manager agreed on that day that it would get fixed. All I had to do was schedule a service apt. The worse thing is I could never get through because they do not answer their phones!! It took about two months for me to get ahold of the service department and that was because I finally walked in to speak to someone. I showed them several areas that needed to be fixed including the scratch which was the original complaint. I also had my bed liner linexed. They took the hooks off the bed and I had to point it out to them that they were missing. After some form of nasty discussion between Service Dept and management, I was given replacement hooks that now I have to install myself or pay someone to do it. They did not fix the nasty scratch on the door handle and Bob claimed I took too long to bring it in. I asked Eddie the salesman if he remembered the scratch that was the original issue and he said yes. They refused to honor their promise to me and that is enough for me to make a point to never purchase anything from Autonation again much less send anyone there. There were other incidents that took place that clearly point out I made a mistake trusting them... Very very disappointed.

I recently had a recall on my Explorer. They had my car for an entire week and I was never offered a rental until 3 days into the work. Upon pick up, they couldnāt find my vehicle and my husband had to search around in the back lot for it. It wasnāt washed!!! Until this point, my service there had been good. But no one in the service department has reached out to me to try and compensate for my inconvenience!

I could not have had a worse experience at this ford dealership. They upcharged me at every possible turn. They were impossible to get a hold of. Every time I called I would be on hold for over 20 minutes and eventually just get a voicemail. They were going to charge me through the roof for completely unnecessary repairs that I told them no. The repairs they did make could have been half the price at basically any repair shop. What a joke.

This dealership has maintained my Focus Electric since it was purchased in 2014. The only problem I have ever had is the technician forgets to return the radio and environment settings to my originals. Everything else about my experience with this dealership has been spot on! Very difficult to get through if you?re not calling a direct number. I wasn?t made aware that the repairs weren?t going to be covered by my warranty. The person that was helping me made it seem that everything was being taken care under the warranty and that I only had to pay the deductible. When I arrived to pick up my truck I had a bill for 1400 dollars, 1200 dollars more then I was planning to spend. If this how Ford makes up their money I?m going somewhere else moving forward. I don?t mind paying just no one bothered to explain to me the break down. It?s not about the money it was the lack of communication and consideration that was the problem. I?m still very disappointed.

Horrible experience with Ford testing! Their service department never, and I mean never answers their phone! It is almost impossible to reach someone. I had to go through the sales department and have them leave a message for Service and I still didnāt get calls back. Then they had my car for 25 days and did not fix it. Returned it to me with the same issue. They said Ford would not approve of replacing the system that was at fault because they couldnāt prove that it was the entire system!This is the fourth time in six months the car is been in for the same issue. I put calls into the service manager to get answers and he never returned the calls! I will scream wide and far how horrible the service is there

I would not recommend AutoNation Ford for any type of service! Their service department never, and I mean never answers the phone. I left three messages with the service manager I never received a callback. They had my car for 25 days and Returned it to me without resolving the issue. They said Ford would not approve of replacing the faulty system because they couldn?t prove that the whole system was at fault. After 25 days! This is the fourth time in six months that I?ve been back for the same issue. When you?re there in person, the people are very polite and kind but they don?t answer their phone and their customer service otherwise stinks!

Warning message displayed indicating an oil change was required. Took the car to AutoNation Ford in Tustin early in the day (no appointment); service advisor was very helpful in scheduling the change and also included was comprehensive check of other fluid levels, hoses, tire rotation, battery, etc. Price for the entire checkup and change was quite reasonable using a supplied discount coupon. Total time spent at dealership was approximately 1 hour.

I called ahead and spoke to Mike to set up an oil change. I asked when can I bring the car in and he said any time, so I asked if I can bring the car in at noon (3 hours from when I called ) and he said that was fine and that it would take 2-3 hours to complete. Took the car in and left it there. At the end of the day there was still no message of any kind. When we finally called back at around 7pm we were told they hadn?t started working on the car yet... Huh!?! We ended up having to pick up the car the next day. Oil change should take about 5 minutes. Their excuse was that they got busy after I had called. Well, even if that were true, they still should have informed us what was going on rather than radio silence.

After having a great purchase transaction, I go to take possession of my new SUV and find that the interior is beyond dirty; it was filthy. I was told the vehicle had been "detailed" which generally means, wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo, interior cleaning and a few other cleaning items. Especially being we are in an era where cleanliness is a key point in everyday life, but AutoNation Tustin doesn't seem to care about how clean they deliver a vehicle to their customers. I have a 3 month old and I wasn't about to let her sit in the vehicle until it was properly cleaned. We picked up the vehicle on a Friday evening and told we could call in on Tuesday morning to have the vehicle detailed and some paint work performed (used GMC Acadia). Tuesday comes around, 3 phone calls and 1 email, no response. My wife and I decided to drive down there and no one was able to help because Darryl, the Fleet Manager, was the only person aware of what needed to be done (or so I was told). Wasted an entire weekend waiting, where I could have just done the work myself or took it to a local car wash to be done right. We left upset and I was so mad I went home and spent the next 4 hours cleaning the SUV myself. 45 minutes was vacuuming alone! I shampooed the stains off of the seats and headliner, hand scrubbed the grime out of the plastic trim, pulled out under arm deodorant and other personal items that were left in the vehicle, and dug out old food stuck between the seat rails. Disgusting! The following day I get an email from Darryl saying he made an appointment for the following Tuesday. I responded with pictures of before and after my cleaning and told him I was not going allow another day to go by without full use of the vehicle we just paid $26K on. He promised at the return visit that the work would be done right and we'd be happy with the result. Tuesday comes around and I dropped off my car. Darryl stated he had informed the General Manager what had occurred and that they would both make sure the issues would be corrected. He asked that he could keep the vehicle until it was "done right" and offered up a loaner car. I declined the loaner and told him to keep the vehicle for as long as needed, just make sure it's correct when I return. Thursday (2 days later) I get a call that the car is done and I am told by Darryl "It looks beautiful" and that he and the General Manager made sure of it. Upon pickup I can tell it wasn't fully detailed. It was spot cleaned, once again. Marks still remained throughout the vehicles exterior, interior appears that only a few areas were spot cleaned by a shampooer and there was dirt still in the areas that I hadn't fully removed. After I had spent 45 minutes vacuuming you would have assumed most of the dirt was already removed. If they had shampooed as is standard in a full detail, the remaining grime and dirt that I could not fully remove using a home vacuum, would have been removed. Nope, they just went over spots that my hand scrubbing and over the counter cleaners couldn't remove. When I started pointing out the issues to the car sales person who was returning my vehicle to me (Darryl had left for the day) he didn't care. He didn't document any of it and he didn't even call over a manager to look it over and address my concerns. At least he left a note on Darryl's desk to call me. I got a follow up email from Darryl and he offered to have me bring it back once again to keep doing it until they got it right. To me that's unacceptable. Get it done right the first time! I was offered to top off my gas tank, but I have already lost more time and energy on this transaction than a tank of gas. I plan on taking it to my local car wash and having them shampoo the interior and clay bar the exterior for the imperfections. My other vehicle is due for replacement as well, but AutoNation will not receive my business. In addition to the vehicle I added to this purchase an extended warranty, maintenance package (which I intend to cancel) and appearance warranty. The only positive was the pre-sale.

2018 Infiniti GX30 from this location. We went here as they had the exact model we were considering and at a reasonable price. Upon arriving we were greeted by Chris the sales man we worked with during this transaction. He was not aware this car was on the lot and stated he would check the computer first. We walked the lot prior so I went ahead and pointed it out to him, he said oh must be new to the lot! While Chris's product knowledge was not too strong on this make or model as it was evident we knew more about it than he, he was pleasant and at least tried to build rapport. Part of making the decision to purchase was a fair trade in amount for our 2013 Audi A5, Chris said they will look at it for about 10 minutes and let you know. Well, 30 minutes later they gave us the amount of which they would use for trade in. We both decided the purchase price was fair and reasonable as well as the trade in amount so we said we would move forward. We were told oh, 30 to 45 minutes we will get you out of here! Anyone who has bought a car knows that is not the case. During the next 3 hours we worked with Sameer who is in the finance department and stated he had just come from Mercedes Benz. He ran my husband's credit and pointed out how excellent it is but when I inquired more about the APR of 3.99 I was told the difference is only 6-14 dollars per month if it were lower. When I mentioned already farming out different used car loan APRS, he asked what I saw and from where. Sameer said he would work on a lower APR not the following day but the day after as he is off the next day and will be going to LA with his wife as he works 6 days a week. He said he would know about midafternoon the 29th. My husband called him late afternoon/early evening as he did not hear from Sameer to which he had no answers and it was clear he didn't work on it. He then asks my husband the rates he saw and with what institutions...again. I guess I'm utterly confused on what finance job description looks like on paper because I was under the impression they qualify individuals, work out terms and APRS. So why would we need to tell you the APRS we saw if you work with so many banks as that was stated to us numerous times. He then calls my husband back a few hours later and says you are going to be so happy with what I have for you. No, the good credit he worked for will make him so happy, not you doing the job you are paid for. My husband went in to sign paperwork for an APR of 2.89...1.1 less but only because we pushed not because of his score. We are told they will contact our current loan servicer and pay off the Audi loan. Fast-forward 3 weeks and we had to make a payment on the Audi, a vehicle we no longer have in our possession that has been with AutoNation since 7/27 because the loan wasn't paid off. We have called more times than can be counted at this point and we are at 30 days and the Audi loan still isn't paid off. I am beyond disappointed with AutoNations lack of follow up, follow through, accountability and professionalism. We had to do the car research, APR, should we also do the payoff too?? At this point we should be paid for the amount of work we have had to do on this. Not once was even a carwash offered, we are out monies from a car payment we no longer have in our possession and you are sorry. We have called day after day week after week and you are sorry. Sorry is no longer good enough! The finance department is incompetent and I will never purchase a vehicle from this location nor refer anyone in their right mind to purchase here either...unless they like to babysit adults for free.

Yesterday was the first time I took my truck in for service to Tustin Ford. They are really close to my house so I figured I'd give them a shot. Tony was my service advisor. I had an issue with swollen lug nuts that another service company wouldnāt touch. I brought it in to Ford and the service manager Joe assisted me. Yesterday I called and talked with a manager at 9:45am. I expressed interest in a truck that was told was missed price that he would honor and that i was the only one that has inquire about the truck. He told me he would have a salesman reach out to me. I signed the form to hold the unit. 48 mins after the sales man says paperwork will be ready for you to i cant sell you the unit cause manager decided to take another offer. Talking about one of the most emotional day in my car buying history. No one should be put threw the rollercoaster of emotions of happiness then absolute distrust and defrauded. I did talk with the GM who let his position get to his head. He promise to help and that by him being the GM was able to lower the price of any unit to get the deal done. Today i receive an email with an offer with zero picture on a truck that's a 2018 same year but no Navigation like then the one i had agreed and sign the paper to hold the truck. I will recommend a different dealership. I will be posting snap shop of my text with the sales man also the sign paper that i was told the truck would be on hold till we got to dealership. This dealership does not value a long time Ford Motor Company customer. Stay Away!

Bought my 2013 f150 at this dealer only because it was the color i wanted in the trim i wanted and engine option. Unfortunately shortly after purchasing the air bag light came on and i noticed multiple bulbs were out . One license plate bulb and one brake light bulb . 2 very concerning safety issues and when i contacted the dealer they would just transfer me or have me leave a message and no one ever got back to me with a solution very upset. Wish they would just fix the problem but they refuse to even acknowledge me .

They made the experience memorable and actually enjoyable! The issues started with the service department. Our truck was hit in a parking lot by someone who did not leave a note. We took the truck to the service department. They returned the truck claiming it was fixed āgood as newā. It wasnāt. The sensors for cruise control and parking were still glitching. I was ignored and had to go to great lengths to get a response. Once I did, I was able to take the truck back in. Auto nation admitted to the fact that when their collision center reinstalled the bumper they pinched wires so they told us they will fix their mistake. I picked the truck back up. The sensors are still not fixed AND auto nation submitted the claim to my insurance company. So they got paid for bad work the first time then got paid for failing to fix their first mistake the second time. DO NOT take your vehicle to the service department. There were more issues when it comes to communication but this review is long enough. Again, the purchasing department was GREAT but their service department is shady and failed to complete a simple job.

It was OBVIOUS the PPP loans were for SMALL BUSINESSES. It was unethical and disgusting that AutoNation applied for and accepted a $77 million dollar loan! You gave a giant middle finger to small businesses and the American people - our tax dollars funded these loans! Purchased a 2020 F-150 Raptor from the dealership. Had the general maintenance performed, need to have the rear camera replaced but that is on back order but were able to fix the fact that the windshield fluid has never worked. Also was supposed to come with a dealer installed bed cover, but they did not take care of that.

As far as dealing with dealerships - this one is standard. You get what you bargain for, convenience for subpar service, inauthentic interactions for a faster deal. It's a trade off. This business did that. Does not go above or beyond, barely meets competency. That seems typical with dealerships, so in that way this one is on par with others. I would not recommend this one, I wouldn't go out of my way to not recommend it either.

It was an easy and fast process , all sales reps and finance dept were friendly , very nice facility, from the time we walked in it feel comfortably without the pressure, I had an appointment anyway. The test drive was great without rush . They did some minor repairs to car before I arrived (paint job cover up) At the time of leaving dealer one of the key broke and break tail light is out, pending for those to be fix and replace.

General Sales Manager Zachary Vasquez is terrible at his job. He has been the least helpful person I have ever worked with. At no point did he make it a point to try and work with me, the customer. He seemed to be too busy to even answer simple questions or attempt to have a conversation about buying options. The WORST customer service. Do NOT recommend using this dealership. If he is the type of employee they allow on staff, then it is a clear indication of the type of organization this is. He has other bad reviews, I am surprised he is still employed here.

I was RUDELY turned away by Villa Park Ford and Ford of Orange service departments for warranty work to be done on my F-150 because I didn?t purchase my truck from them . Luckily I was fortunate enough to have called Ford Autonation of Tustin and Tony Bradley in the service department was a LIFESAVER !!! He went all out to help me get an idea on what was going on with my truck. He had a few good ideas on what was possibly the problem and had me drop my vehicle off. The very next day Tony called and told me they had diagnosed the exact problem and that it would be fixed under the warranty . 2 days later my F-150 was done. Great experience! Very pleasant test drive. Dylan is nice and helpful. He answered all my questions carefully and patiently, and he even helped me drive my car to my company (as I had not obtained the driver license). The buying process is satisfying overall. But take care not to be charged more (I was charged $170 more in the final contract compared to the OTD price they gave in the email). All the people in the dealership are friendly and helpful! The car is in great condition. Highly recommended!

My F-150 had engine problems (running rough/almost stalling) on Saturday morning. I was able to get the truck to AutoNation Ford in Tustin, Ca at 10:00 that morning. At noon, the service advisor called me and told me that they had identified the problem and was able to give me the cost of remedy. I fully expected that the truck would not be ready until the coming Monday and was quite pleased to receive a call Saturday afternoon (same day I took it in) that the repairs were complete and the truck was ready for pickup. Truck runs great and I couldn't have asked for better service.

I brought my truck in for a check engine light and a recall for the engine block heater cord. I left it at 8 am. Called back for status and left voice mail at 2 pm. No response. Called back at 5 pm as no one called me and was told it needed a purge valve and a cord for the engine block heater. And it would be ready the next day at 11am. I called the following day and the parts were never ordered the part for the recall. It would be another day. I declined as I need the vehicle for work and went to pick up the truck. When I went to pick up the truck the invoice indicated that the recall work had been completed. Clearly so the dealer could bill the manufacturer for work never completed. I used to bring my truck here as itās close to work. No thanks!

A few months later the fuel pump gave out and left me and my family stranded 100 miles away from home on a Sunday when no Ford dealers are open. Had to get it repaired so I could get us back home and working. Immediately after this, the ABS, check engine, traction control, hill assist, etc. lights come on. Have to get that fixed also on a Sunday. Apparently, fuel pump on the Ford trucks are a terrible issue. One of my family members is on his 4th fuel pump. There is a lot on the web about a ton of people having issues with the trucks stopping on the highway and losing acceleration. I am surprised it's not been recalled yet. I called my salesman and they did not want to help whatsoever. I was going to recommend all my family and friends to this dealership and I have been but now I am going to let them know to steer clear. They don't stand behind their vehicles. The only thing they did is offer an extended warranty that wouldn't cover any of the problems I already had to pay for out of pocket. I would definitely not recommend.

I had an unbelievable positive experience with AutoNationās service Dept, particularly Mike Walker. Mike helped me in a very difficult situation. I live in Florida but my son was out in California with his Ford Fusion. He had driven it across country and many miles before that. He was well over 100,000 miles and it was in bad shape. I could go on and on about the details of how Mike helped me and made me feel extremely comfortable especially since I was on the other side of the US. We always hear horror stories about car dealers and how they take advantage of you when they can. However, if they were ever going to have an opportunity to do this, it would have been in my situation. But to the contrary, Mike gave me a great price right off the bat and was willing to work with me as more work needs were uncovered. Thank You sooooo much Mike Waller ! Beginning of May 2019 I found a 2011 Nissan Rogue with just over 49,000 miles on the website, reserved an appointment for two days later to come in for a test drive. Day of the appointment I get a call that because the car was new to their lot they were not finished with the inspection and replacing parts and tires. Asked if I could reschedule for later in the week, I agreed and later went. Test drive went fine until I noticed TPMS light and Passenger Airbag light were both on. When I asked about it they said they would send it back for inspection. Because otherwise the car was in such great condition (seemingly) and it was a good deal, I trusted Autonation and their excellent reviews and decided to purchase the car and had faith they would correct the problems. That night we stayed for two hours trying to fill out paperwork. Unfortunately, according to finance guy Mark, nothing was working. He asked if we could come back in a few days to fill out paperwork and hopefully the car would be ready by then. Finally, I go to fill out paperwork. Find out car still is not fixed and have no answers. However when filling out paperwork, Mark has his attention divided between me and a surfing competition he's watching on his phone. Paperwork was missed. The next three weeks are filled with me calling every other day and receiving empty promises and pointless information. Apparently in their extensive cleaning process, while shampooing the seats they ruined the sensor in the passenger seat. It took over THREE WEEKS to order the part, find out the part was wrong, figure out the correct seat, order the seat, replace the seat. Never once was I offered information, only when I called and pestered every chance I could. The sales manager Pete said he would personally handle everything for me and yet all I got again was deadlines that were never met and a complete run around. Finally car was finished, sales associate drove the car to me (as I live an hour away) and everything seemed great. Pete said he would draft up new paperwork to reflect the correct date I actually received the car pushing back my first payment. This is where the next set of problems begin. First, I never received that paperwork. Still have not. Whenever I tried calling and talking with this sales manager I was always directed to his voicemail despite the fact that each time they always said he was there in his office. I left messages and emailed and never received a response. First payment came along (according to the original signing date, not the date I actually got the car) and still nothing. I payed to avoid any problems and figured I would address the issue when I finally got ahold of someone. That never happened. A month into me getting the car, TPMS light comes on. I take it in immediately, I'm told the air pressure in the tires were way over what they should have been but the light was on because of a faulty sensor. The same thing I asked them to fix in the three weeks they had the car. Apparently they fixed one but not the right one. Who knows at this point. Now, this is the most recent problem. Pulling out of work my car completely dies on me. I call immediately, still can't get ahold of this Sales Manager but am directed to the service department. There they tell me as part of the powertrain warranty I purchased I can take it to any Ford dealership (despite it being a Nissan) and it will be okay. I take it this morning only to find out they can't find this warranty I'm talking about. When I call back Autonation and (finally) get ahold of a manager, I find out NO paperwork was ever re-written, nothing was sent to DMV and nothing was registered. And still, to this moment I have not received any answers on how my paperwork was so badly screwed up and no remedy on fixing it. Honestly, more than anything I wish I could give the car back and get my money back. I would never buy from here again.

Iām so disappointed with Ford Tustin. We purchased a pearl white F150 Limited. In the beginning, Amanda Valencia was helping me then left on vacation. She doesnāt fill anyone in before leaving and no one takes over while away. Then the next person up, John Angel and the manager John Klemperer, I had to fill them in where I was and they was fine. Priced matched another location so I giving them 2 stars. While signing the paperwork, they took the vehicle to the back to get it washed and the driver hit the wall and scratched up the side mirror. They parked the vehicle next to an outdoor spray paint area and now the vehicle has red overspray on a white vehicle along the bottom and both doors. They didnāt let us know. I walked around to look at the vehicle one last time before getting the keys and pointed out and asked what happened while it was in the back?! We already signed. Btw, the finance guy was very annoying and likes to waste ur time and doesnāt listen very well. We were not able to take the vehicle home. Took them a week just to buff out the red overspray. They did not do a good job. I took the vehicle to a body shop and they fixed it while I drank some coffee. Quick! I didnāt want to wait for the replacement cover for the side mirror so I took the vehicle home until parts came in. Finally it came in then they had to paint it. A month later with no follow up or anything. I had to call and see the progress and push them to get it done. Finally picked up and the paint quality was crap. Wasted my time. Said to give them another chance. 2 weeks later, called to follow up and they said oh yeah. Itās done, you can come by and pick up. John wanted to be there when I picked up to make sure I was happy. They are trying to fix their wrongs and save the bad review. The paint color didnāt even match! I purchased a pearl white and they painted a white. I was so upset. I took the part and said I would take it to a body shop to get it done correctly which would take only a couple hrs to do. The manager John said to bring in the receipt and they would reimburse. Brought the receipt in and handed it to him. And 2 weeks later called to follow up and he said he lost the receipt. To email it now. So I did and that was a few weeks ago and now Iāve given up. I purchased the vehicle beginning of March. Iāve been dealing with them for almost 3 months. Lies. Everything would have been fine if there was no problems. But if a problem arises take care of it before u sign anything. They are a dishonest and donāt care if the customers are happy with the purchase.

My son went to ford Tustin to ask about the crack on his FORD 2018 ST windshield. The service dept check the crack and made a conclusion that itās not covered. (I said how come. itās a 5 month old car, less than 12,000 mi.) I had a horrible experience recently at Tustin Ford. I had an appointment for a simple oil change, I dropped my car off early and it still took over 4 1/2 hours for them to complete the oil change. Also, I asked them to check the tire pressure on the tires and when I picked up the car and drove off, I noticed that the rear tires had significantly less air pressure than the front tires. Very poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. Will not go back to them again even though they are the closest dealership to my house. I would rather drive a further distance.

We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.

I am located about 250 miles north of AutoNation Ford Tustin. I found a used Tacoma but was concerned about the process of buying a used vehicle, I talked to Carlos Perez and was told what I would need to drive off with this truck. They faxed the purchase order to my credit union and the credit union issued a check which they gave to me to give to them. Because I was out of area they arranged to pick me up at the train station. The truck was exactly as described, gave them the check and drove off with the truck. Everyone at AutoNation Ford Tustin was friendly and treated me well. A very pleasant experience.

Called and made an appointment to drop my truck off on Wednesday, because the transmission seems to be having issues down shifting when in Sport mode. Told the service writer Oscar that I needed to pick up my truck Friday at noon because I was going out of town for the holiday weekend. Called Thursday afternoon to get an update on the status of my truck and was told Oscar was busy and would call me back. Never got a call back so I called again around 4:30pm, and was told once again, that know one new what was going on, and so Oscar would call me back. Friday at 11:30am I called again and Oscar actually answered the call. I told him who I was and that I called twice yesterday to get an update and was told you would call me back but you didn't. Oscar said, well, I didn't call you back because I didn't have an update. I said, well what about now? I'm supposed to pick up my car in 30 minutes. Oscar said, I'm not sure, let me find out and I'll call you back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, no call back, so I called again. Anyway, long story somewhat short, I was finally told they reset the computer for the transmission because it's a leaning transmission, and what I was experiencing was normal.

Went in for the first oil change and asked to check for a couple of interior issues 2 months ago. After 3+ hours of waiting, finally had the car serviced and found out the issues. First of all, AC smell wasn't fixed. Just simply sprayed deodorant to cover the smell that didn't even last 2 days. Second, it has been 2 months now, still no update on the parts that claimed to be ordered. Called in to check, no answer. Sent a several emails, no respond. This is a nightmare to deal with... Purchased the car here and did the first maintenance. First time visiting, I had to wait 3-4 hours just for a simple oil change and to check for a couple of interior issues. Getting the parts here is a nightmare. First part order was the plastic handle piece for the driver seat. It took 3 weeks to be delivered and to install. Second part order was a lower air vent piece and weather guard. It has been 2 months and still no update on availability. Also, the car AC stinks. All they did was to spray some deodorant that didn't even last 2 days. Overall, the repair service here is very bad. If you come in for warranty services, they would just rob the factory for the insane part and labor charge, and will barely help you fix the issues. Would not recommend to anyone. I doubt I would go back.

I came in on Monday at 9:45 for a 10 am appointment. Dan Tross was the assistant service manager that helped me. I explained an issue with the keyless entry remote not working, along with a tire fault and door ajar monitor staying on. I had just had The Works oil change done on Friday at Villa Ford and a customer in the parts department recommended Autonation Ford for service. Since they are closer to my home, I figured I would give them a try. Villa Ford did the whole check on my car and just found a broken bulb in the third brake light. I asked Dan to have that bulb replaced at the same time. They do not have a service driver to get you home but recommend Enterprise across the street to rent a car. Amazing! Dan called later in the day saying they thought the problem was a fuse but after replacing it, it started smoking. So now they have to do further diagnostics but it looks like it will be approximately $750.00 and I wonāt get it back until tomorrow. Dan called the next day saying it was done and they had found a worn, frayed air conditioner hose and who knows how long it would last and to replace it, it would be $580.00. I said no. I asked about the brake light bulb, he said nope I guess the tech didnāt fix that. Heāll have it taken care of. 1 1/2 hours later I get a call that it is ready. I find a ride to get to the dealership. I wait around for 10-15 minutes before I was told Dan was busy and to just to to the cashier. I paid and got the invoice. It was noted that I had asked for the all points inspection. I did not! I read the entire invoice and no place was it noted about the suggested repair of the air conditioning hose. Trying to upsell? Then leaving that off to cover tracks? Sorry Dan and Autonation Ford in Tustin but I will never bring my car back here again.

We just took possession of a 2018 Ford Expedition that we special ordered at the beginning of February. We could not find any configuration in dealer stock that suited our needs. We initially tried to deal with Huntington Beach Ford but could not come to a deal since they would only deal with us at a reasonable price if we financed through them. Since we were in the neighborhood we stopped at Auto Nation Ford in Tustin. They were great; we had a deal within 15 minutes. Through this lengthy wait for the car we dealt with Zach Vasquez through emails. Any question we had he answered with 15 minutes or so. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The new Expedition was in high demand and thus the lengthy wait which did cause us some problems. Zach did try to get things expedited but nothing worked. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The vehicle is amazing. Big learning curve ā many new bells and whistles. Unfortunately the 560 page ownerās manual leaves much to be desired. So you just have to sit in the car and slog through the various icons and see what they do. So we are very happy with our purchase and we give Auto Nation Ford in Tustin and Zach Vasquez five stars.

I had bought my 2016 Ford Escape in Tuttle Click in Lake Forest, but I live in Tustin and wanted to take my maintenance business close to home at this location. I was first quoted $59 for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked it they had some kind of coupon or special on this basic maintence. Was told that they did not. However, the service department did reduce the price to $49. However, when going to check out I found a coupon on the Ford website for this service for $39. They did honor the coupon on the Ford website. So, I would recommend that you check Ford's website for discounts before going into the service department. They did my service in a timely manner and were pleasant to deal with. Will return when my car needs maintenance again.

Do not buy their maintenance plan!! You will not get any help when another dealership refuses to perform the basic maintenance on your vehicle. I have never had such a poor experience with getting a single question answered from a store. John a manager at the location was very rude on the phone interrupting my sentences and then stated he could not answer my question, as he had to go into a meeting. So unprofessional. Please be cautious when thinking about their extended products. This was my first time trying to use the maintenance plan and I have spent well over 2 hours on phone calls with no resolution. No manager to take ownership and perform the basic customer service of resolving an issue. Please keep in mind, my issue was to simply answer a question. I still cannot believe how a question cannot be answered or the unwillingness of someone to find out the answer. Thanks for little to no effort!!! -An unsatisfied and disappointed customer

These guys never fail to disappoint every single time. This time I'm done. I go in with one problem to come out with two new ones, and I get told to bring my car back in the morning and they'll have to keep it overnight and that's just for the diagnosis. "Sorry, there are people ahead of you." And I only explained one problem (my interior cabin lighting that no longer functions). Total time that Kirby the service manager gave me to discuss my complaint? Less than 1 minute. Thatis right, one minute to tell me 2 days just to diagnose the interior cabin lights! Something doesn't seem right there. I never even got to the second issue, and by his tone alone, it was obvious Kirby the service manager couldnit give a xxxx about my issue now that I was out of the shop, and couldn't hustle me off the phone any faster. In what world do you spend $35,000 for your vehicle at that specific location (Ford in Tustin), then visit that business to have service done, and come out with two brand new problems that simply did not exist AT ALL prior to entering that establishment, and then get spoken to and treated like an idiot and shooed away and sent to the very back of the line? I don't care if the problems are unrelated to what you did. I am a good customer, I came to you in good faith as a customer that has spent a considerable amount of money with you, and I deserve better treatment than this. This isn't the first time but it's absolutely the last. I don't know what you did to my car when you had it. I'll never know because we can't go back and watch. Just trust you. All I know is that these two problems didn't exist the day I drove it in there. But they did the day I drove it out. Even if you guys had nothing to do with it, which at this point I'm absolutely sure you're going to say, and you'll likely get away with. But I know for a fact. Without a shadow of a doubt that those systems were working properly when I drove my vehicle onto your lot. And I suspect the chances of all three (brake booster, interior lighting, and the third issue.) of those systems failing all at the same time are slim. I also imagine that you will argue that since none of them had anything to do with the original repair that the mechanic could not have possibly been responsible and you and I both know that's crap. Anything can happen when you're working on something. You can break a window while fixing a door knob. Simple things like that. Anything can happen and it did. So is this how you train your service managers to handle your customers or is this a service manager that isn't servicing anyone at all? I didn't deserve to be blown off the way you blew me off. Now I must go to the back of the line? And you need me to drop my car off in the morning and Iim not going to get it back until sometime the next day? You told me two days to diagnose the interior lights. Ridiculous. Ridiculous, wrong, and just another effort to get me to leave you alone. That's not customer service. Not in the least bit. Thanks for making me feel like crap about letting you service my vehicle I bought from YOU. Folks, there are Ford dealers all over Orange County. Go find another one. Any one but this one.

I dropped my car off at 7am for the 50,000 mile check-up expecting to be able to pick at the end of the day. I got a call around 2pm saying it needed two new tires and a new power steering hose. Ok, no big deal - if it needs it, it needs it. The service manager told me it would be ready later that same night. I said it would be better for me to pick up in the morning the next day. Next day came and went, not a word from anyone. I called twice to get an update and was told it would be a few more hours. Finally, at 5pm, I got a call saying it would be ready the next morning. What was supposed to be a quick and easy fix ended up making me car-less for 3 whole days. Very frustrating. On the positive side, the quality of the repairs are always good and the tires are a reasonable price for very high quality tires. I just wish their customer service and speed could improve.

We are still trying to resolve the repair of a manufacturing quality issue on our 2015 Explorer, and to date the matter is still open. I will reserve final judgment until we conclude discussions with AutoNation. We recently purchased a new F150. As we were taking delivery I noticed that one of the "running lights" was not working. Not a problem for us and Robert, our salesman, was very helpful in arranging a service appointment to address the light. When we pulled into the Service entrance, we waited more than 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. We finally notified Robert in sales that we were waiting and he immediately came out and Steve came over and got the service taken care of. Two men who I assume were there to take care of "service" customers looked at us several times but did not bother to even greet us. If it weren't for Robert and Steve we probably would still be standing there.

We went to AutoNation to look at the new F-250's. They had several on display on their lot. We did not feel immediate pressure form their salesman and it gave us a chance to look at the vehicles with out feeling overwhelmed. Once we were ready we Spoke with Zack our salesman who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles Zack also went above and beyond to help locate a the truck that with all the options we wanted. We ended up purchasing the new truck at Auto nation for the great deal and pleasurable working atmosphere. I had already made up my mind on what I wanted to buy (a pre-owned Lincoln Navigator) and was just checking out other vehicles I like to make sure I was not going to have any regrets after I made my purchase. Well, they just happened to have a brand new 2016 model Explorer on sale that was now in my price range and equipped just right. We requested quote through internet and was provided by one we made time to drive down to Tustin. Waited and no sales person walked up and also tried to call her but no answer. Finally after 10 minutes we went inside and someone went to get her but she said that the other person will take us out for the drive. We had to wait close to 25 mins before they got the truck filled up with gas and out of the lot and that is with appointment. Even with that service, we made a counter the offer, then she said, sorry that was a wrong quote because the truck had additional added on options. That is unacceptable and why didn't she check that before she send the quote? She was not accountable for her mistake and not even try to come up with any kind of deal. Everytime we requested her, she said she had other customer, but there was no one. Wasted our time driving to Tustin and this place is not any where near 1 stars dealership. We found another place where we can get 2% more than what they were offering and with more options on the truck.

Buying an Infiniti wasn't on my radar until I was driving by and noticed the new Infiniti GX30 in the liquid cooper color. As soon as we entered the car lot we were greeted by David Askaryar. He instantly was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. As you know the car buying process can be very length but it seemed to go by to fast! David brought bottles of water and even offered pizza to my very hungry boyfriend. David also took the time to give me a tour of the service department and introduced me to the staff. I was given a nice welcoming smile from everyone and even received a complimentary welcome gift. Then the Finance Director Glenn came to introduce himself and finish the process with us. He also was very friendly and informative on all of the additional services and made good conversation to make the paperwork process a breeze. I have zero complaints by the service I received. Both David and Glenn made my first luxury car experience amazing! If you are looking to buy an Infiniti do yourself a favor and ask for David and Glenn at Autonation Infiniti! I would give this place a perfect 5 star rating but for a few things. First of all, Marsh was a pleasure to deal with. The car was also what I was looking for and priced to sell. However, immediately while driving away the molding on the windshield started flapping around because (as I later found out) the windsheild had been replaced, and the molding was not secured properly in the process. I drove back immediately and told the manager about it. They took pictures and told me they would set up a mobile repair thar could address this without me losing time at work, or use of the vehicle. I had to call back for two days to get a response, at which point they (and by they I am talking about the same employee that blew off the request that I address in the next paragraph) backpeddled on their promise and told me to take it to another Ford dealership so they could take care of the problem for me. Luckily this dealership dealt with the issue under warranty in spite of the window replacement issue. There was a Car Fax and a 120 Point inspection in the car when I purchased it. I assumed it would be there when I purchased the car and took it home. When it wasn't, I called in and told them that it was important to me for my records. I was directed to leave a message with the employee who worked on finalizing my sale (an experience that had already shown me how bad this guy was at working with customers), and was ignored for days where I continued to do this. Eventually I got ahold of him and, in a familair and frustrated tone, he said I could go to Car Fax and pay for it. I asked it he could just scan me a copy, since I also needed the 120 point inspection. He unpersuasively told me that he would ask. I've heard nothing back about it, don't think he even asked, and am pretty frustrated that he wouldnt take this simple step after I purchased a vehicle from them. Makes me wonder if they don't want me to have this information for some unknown reason? Outside of this one employee, who seems genuinely annoyed and unwilling to go the extra mile for customers, my experience was pretty good.

Took my truck in for a brake job. Brakes are flawless now. Paint, not so much. They washed the truck as part of their service package and I don't know if they are using sandpaper or what but my truck's paint now has swirl marks for days. Don't let them wash your car!!

Bob Self was the best part of my transaction at this Ford dealership. This was my first time there with a FordFusion Energy that I had bought used. I had to have an extra key fob programmed. Bob helped with the paperwork, etc. but the thing I appreciated was his personal attention, follow up and offer for me to make a list of questions I may have about the features of the car. He said to bring the list in in the future and he can answer my questions.

My experience at the Tustin Autonation has been always pleasant. The service Dept is very helpful and always offers a ride home or a rental if needed. Plus they always wash my car! I was super happy about my purchase from AutoNation Tustin. Price was the absolute bottom line for me, and not only did they beat out four other dealers by over $5k sticker price for my new Fiesta, but they were very friendly, did not have that sleazy car dealership feel whatsoever, and absolutely no pressure. Everything felt very transparent and I really liked my experience. I feel it noteworthy to mention that I suffer from a severe anxiety disorder, but I felt very at ease at this dealership. Michael Fisher was very nice throughout the process and it felt very relaxed. I'd totally recommend this dealership to anybody looking for hassle-free experience.

I'm going to start this off with that I have a fleet of 30 company vehicles. One of my tech's needed a new key for all of his doors. The key simply wore down. He also asked for a oil change. Got told the transit will be done in a day or two from Bob sell which I believe is the assistant service manager. Well it went from a day or two, to over a week. We got the run around over and over again from Bob always having excuses and promising just another day just another day. Well on Monday I got told it will be done Wednesday which is today. Then I receive a call that the bill is $3,200 and some change. I'm thinking to myself for what?!?!? All we wanted done was a new key and a oil change. Nope they went ahead and decided to replace all of the locks 2 tires spark plugs head gasket I believe they said, and some other things. So I decided to go down to this place to find out for myself. I met with Patrick the service manager. And waited for bob to come in. I never seen someone so rude before especially after I got charged $3,200 maybe bob got a little butt hurt that I called him out for working my fleet management over my fleet management handles all of our vehicles. I told Patrick and bob my concerns they pretty much said it is what it is. Again my tech came in for a new key and a oil change. I spoke with a lock smith they could of made a key for $180 and a oil change cost about $50. So Bob tells me the transit will be done at 4pm so I send the tech down at 4pm today well it's 6pm and they just finished it. Now I need to pay my tech 2 hours of OT to wait for his transit. Beware of this place do not bring your vehicle here. This place is flat out a rip off and the people that I met that worked here are rude nasty people. I recommend going to Midas in Tustin that's where we take our fleet vehicles. We only took it here because we thought it would be extremely quick. We have learned our lesson. Hopefully the owner reads this and realizes a fleet of 30 vehicles is a lot of $ on tires and oil changes. And heavy repairs. We just had a ford ranger transmission go out and we got it replaced from Midas in Tustin. Only took them 2 days. We will never return! And won't buy a ford again. Just bought two doge ram 1500's not from auto-nation. Update my tech just called and the driver side sliding door does not work now! That's great thanks Auto-Nation Ford for charging us $3,200 and giving us back our transit broken. You guys rock! Hahhah no! See you guys tomorrow hopefully you have a free rental truck ready.

Daniel Tross notified me about a leak on the water pump on an oil change visit. He told me it was under warranty and got me situated with a rental car right away. He took out the hassle and had everything ready to go. It was the best customer service I have experience in that dealership.

Your service department is HORRENDOUS. I received an email from your AutoNation Tustin dealership stating that my car had outstanding service issues (brake linings required immediate attention) after getting them replaced at YOUR AutoNation Tustin department less than a month ago. To make matters worse, after receiving this misleading email I called to speak to someone in YOUR service department and *both* times no one answered. I spoke with a family member who is the Customer Care Director at an AutoNation in Florida and he has tried reaching out to your service department SEVERAL times (in regards to the brake lining installation) and NO ONE CALLED HIM BACK. This is only the icing on the cake seeing that a month ago I dropped off my car to get an oil change and was told it would take *5* hours to complete. 5 HOURS for an oil change? Are you kidding me? I have two family members who work for different AutoNation Ford dealerships and this is terribly disappointing. I hope other Ford owners read this before choosing the AutoNation Tustin service department.

AutoNation Ford mechanics don't know how to work on Mustangs or Fords...they over filled my diff and blamed it on something else that had nothing to do with my diff leaking. I tried to call Kevin the service manager kept getting his voicemail. Bad service department I would not use them.

I went in looking for a 2015 Ford Edge. Greg helped me select the car of my dreams. I have never been happier. The finance department made purchasing the car extremely easy. We came in looking for a 2016 Explorer Sport black on Black. John was amazing. He did not try to sell us anything he totally listened to what we wanted and found it for us as they did not have it on the lot. He was not al all pushy. He treated us with amazing professionalism. Most sellers will treat us as young people with no money to spend and turn their heads away. He did not do this and he won us over. We promised him the sale from the moment we met him and two weeks later we were able to get exactly what we wanted. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a great non sales/sales guy.

I got a jump and decided, since it was late that Saturday night, I'd come back the next day and retire my 18 year old car for a new one. Farhan was so helpful and not pushy at all. I purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 and it's a good truck. I was given one key at the end of the sale. I did not realize getting a 2nd key was going to cost me $200 at the time of the sale due to it having a chip in it that needs programming. I tried to get a 2nd key, but was given many "I'll get back to you" types of statements from the sales staff. I offered to buy it "at cost" so they would not lose money, but still did not hear back. I'm disappointed with the followup after the sale.

I went and payed him a visit and explained to him the ideal Fiesta for my wife.He went above and beyond to find the color (blue candy matallic. harder then you think to find) and the year. I really hate spending my days shopping for a car, but Jose MuƱoz made it painless and made my car shopping experience that much better. My wife loved the car!After the purchase Jose show my wife how to pair her phone to the sync hands free system. Gave her a tutorial on the whole vehicles features. He was patient on showing her everything she needed to know about her new car. Great experience in general. I would definitely be coming back in the future. We live in the Palm Springs area. I had gone to our local Ford dealerships and they were unreasonable and over priced. I had seen so many great prices on the Ford Flex in the LA area and Orange county areas; so I started reading Yelp reviews from other patrons for Ford dealers in those areas. I read about a salesman at Auto Nation named Farhan. His reviews were excellent and everyone that wrote about him seemed to have a pleasant experience with him. I called Auto Nation and who should answer the phone but Farhan! He took very good care of us. He immediately emailed us pictures of the Flex's he had available with pricing. We made arrangements to meet with him the next day. The first car we looked at was the winner. The people at Auto Nation worked with our budget and we saved close to $6,000 compared to the dealerships in the Coachella valley. I strongly recommend Auto Nation and Farhan to anyone that is truly looking for a great vehicle at a fair price. In fact we are already looking to buy another vehicle from them this year.

I searched the internet, first looking for a used 2014 Explorer, finding only a few that appealed to me. When I contacted AutoNation Tustin Ford, Julie Frisch was responsive, helpful, friendly and not at all the "pushy" sales person I often detest. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited others. One sold the car I was going to look at prior to my arrival and the other seemed to have very little interest in doing business with me. The prices were higher than other dealers and well above the "fair" prices listed on the internet. When I met with Julie, I was instantly welcomed and, because of how I was treated, I switched to purchasing a brand new (36 mi) 2014 Explorer Sport for only a small amount over what the other dealership was going to sell me a used one with 16K mi. The entire process was THE easiest purchase I have ever encountered (and I have purchased too many to mention.) I highly recommend using Julie Frisch to find your next Ford! Other car sales persons could learn a great deal from Julie about how to treat a customer.

I flew out from Fremont to Orange county to buy a used Prius they had on their lot. I negotiated a price over the phone, gave them a credit card to secure the vehicle, flew out the next day, the dealership picked me up in the car I was purchasing, I test drove it back to the dealership, they had all the paperwork ready. I signed and drove off within less than an hour. I would purchase a car from this dealership again any time Tom S. was my sales rep and he was very helpful and extremely easy to deal with.
